We should take a closer look at that. Could you send us a problem report as soon as you encounter the error or notice the problem? You can find this option in Backup Pro 25 under the menu "Service" > "Contact Support Team."
Using the notification function there, we get all the necessary information and log files for a detailed analysis.

After purchasing Ashampoo Backup Pro 25 a few days I have attempted a full System/Image backup of my Win10 PC. After backing up for approximately 20 hours & 117.5Gb to my backup drive the following error message was received (please see attached). This is very disappointing and I shall be pleased to receive your comments ASAP. Carl

This usually points to a situation where the backup (through Windows Volume Shadow Copy Service( VSS) can't access a certain volume on your C-drive. Did you perhaps manually select volumes that weren't automatically chosen when you created the backup?
